AmitKumar Shrivastava, recognized as NextGen Leadership Award

I was invited to speak at GSDC – Global Skill Development Council‘s Premier L&D, Emerging Tech, and Generative AI Leadership Conference, which was my first time at any L&D event. I was honoured to speak during the “Prime Talk” session on “Emerging Technologies & Gen AI – Will it take away jobs: Myth or Truth.”

I learned that the conference was Asia’s biggest. I spoke on various aspects related to Gen AI Policy, Security, Best Practices, and how it will impact the job market and industry.

It was a surprise to see that most of the audience were talented women—it almost made me feel outnumbered as a man! The audience was engaging, and I entirely credit all the L&D women.

Also, GSDC council felicitated me with the NextGen Leadership award for my significant contribution to sharing the best practices and implementation roadmap for Generative AI.
